"I have been searching the internet regarding wedding web pages, and I have to say that your site is the most impressive one I've seen. Once you see the site, you would never think it would be so easy to set up. I will definitely recommend this to some of my friends that will soon be future brides."

Wedding Reception Kisses

Want a fun way to make your wedding more memorable and less like every other wedding your guests have attended?  Want it to be absolutely free?  One simple way to make your wedding different is to do something different than the traditional clanking of glasses for you to kiss at your wedding reception.  Here are some fun ideas for you to use at your wedding reception to get your guests to get you to kiss.

  1. Although this has recently become more popular, have tables sing a song with the word "love" in it.  Or, if you really want to give them a challenge, have them sing a song with the word "kiss" in it.

  2. Put every married couples name attending in a box, when people start clanking their glasses, pull out a name and ask that couple to kiss at the same time as you - make sure to ask them how long they have been married.

  3. Tell your guests that if they want you to kiss that they are going to have to demonstrate first and then you will copy their kiss.  (Some couple's can get pretty creative - so watch out for this one!)

  4. Ask people to give money to your favorite charity in order to get you to kiss.

  5. Place trivia questions about you as a couple on each table.  Have people come to the microphone to answer the question on their table in order to get you to kiss at your wedding reception.

  6. Have people make up a limerick in order to get you to kiss.

  7. Ask people to recite poetry with the word "love" in it.

  8. When people clank their glass ask all the married couples in the room who have been married for 50 years or more to kiss at the same time as you (if there are none, you can either lower the limit, or refuse to kiss).  The next time the glasses are clanked ask all married couples who have been married for 45 years or more.  Keep lower the number of years until all married couples in the room are standing and kissing together.  (Then the game is over and you don't have to kiss anymore!)

  9. Ask couples to stand at the microphone and offer you their advice in order to get you to kiss.

  10. Ask the single people in the room to find another single person (of the opposite sex) and kiss them on the cheek or ask them for a dance later on.

Hope you find these a good start for fun ways to get you to kiss at your wedding reception.  Be creative and make up your own, or come up with variations on the ideas above.

Best Wishes!
